Each Manhattan Robot Fine Art Print is individually hand-embellished by Miroslava Kettounen. After printing, the artist personally works on every piece by hand, adding acrylic color, professional artist-marker details, and fine accents to restore additional depth, energy, and individuality to the image.

Manhattan Robot is a work about the next stage of the future toward which the world is rapidly moving.

If Manhattan Locomotive represents Manhattan as a city-locomotive moving forward at tremendous speed, Manhattan Robot represents the next stage of that movement — the rise of robotics and its growing presence in everyday human life.

For me, this work is connected not only with artificial intelligence as a system of thought or technology. The central idea is the robot itself — the machine that acts together with intelligence and gradually enters real human life: medicine, surgery, cosmetology, technology, manufacturing, service, everyday processes, and new forms of interaction between people and machines.

I felt that this direction would develop very quickly. Manhattan Robot became for me an image of that future — a future in which technology no longer exists separately from us, but becomes part of the structure of everyday life.

Visually, the work is built around a strong vertical composition with a central figure that suggests a robot, a mechanical form, or a technological presence. Symmetry, architectural rhythm, deep black areas, and vivid red, gold, blue, and violet accents create a sense of energy, structure, and transition into a new technological era.

This work is about robotics, technological breakthrough, and the changing structure of the future, seen through Manhattan as a place where transformation becomes visible earlier and more intensely.
