Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping — United States

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping within the United States is available at a flat rate of $8.95 per order. Multiple products may be shipped together whenever possible.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Flora Aromatics is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome for eligible products and destinations.

Because international shipping costs vary significantly by destination, package weight, product type, and carrier requirements, international shipping is calculated separately and is not covered by the U.S. flat shipping rate.

For international orders, please contact Flora Aromatics before placing your order so we can confirm availability and shipping cost.

A minimum international order of $75 applies.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.

Some products may be restricted from international shipment because of postal, carrier, or customs regulations.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom artwork and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Estimated preparation and shipping information will be provided when applicable.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
